NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY

Orders are eligible for next business day delivery within our supported delivery areas.

Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

While we work to deliver orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. Simply select Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives.

Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct so our courier can contact you and complete your delivery without delays.

ORDER CHANGES

If you notice an issue with your delivery information after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
